Frequently Asked Questions
Is the firm registered to issue audit reports in the UAE?
Yes. Veritas Edge Auditors L.L.C is registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy under registration number 662438 and licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism under licence number 1354440.
Can accounting records in arrears be brought up to date?
Yes. Remedial work is scoped and quoted separately from ongoing services so that the two are distinguishable.
Is the firm a registered Tax Agent with the Federal Tax Authority?
No. Tax agency services and formal representation before the Federal Tax Authority are provided in association with an FTA-registered Tax Agent engaged under contract. Registration, computations, filing and advisory services are delivered by our own team.
How are fees determined?
Defined assignments are quoted on a fixed-fee basis following an initial scoping discussion. Ongoing accounting and advisory services are provided on a monthly retainer.
