About Veritas Edge Auditors
Veritas Edge Auditors L.L.C is a Dubai-based audit and advisory practice licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy. Technical engagements are led by Chartered Accountants.
Licensed Scope of Services
The firm's trade licence covers auditing of accounts and accounting and bookkeeping. Audit opinions, internal audit, forensic engagements, bookkeeping, payroll and management reporting are delivered by our own team under the firm's registration.
Certain services fall outside that scope and are delivered in association with appropriately licensed parties. Formal representation before the Federal Tax Authority requires a registered Tax Agent; the firm is not a registered Tax Agent, and tax agency services are provided in association with an FTA-registered Tax Agent engaged under contract. Company formation and PRO services are delivered with a licensed partner firm. In-Country Value certificates are issued by certifying bodies appointed under the national ICV programme, and the firm prepares the audited financial statements supporting such submissions.
Leadership
Technical engagements are led by two Chartered Accountants, both named as managers on the firm's trade licence. Two non-executive directors provide commercial oversight and do not sign audit reports.

Quality Control & Independence
The firm operates a quality control framework aligned with ISQM 1 and has undergone audit quality monitoring review by the UAE Ministry of Economy.
Independence requirements are applied without exception. Statutory audit is not provided to clients whose accounting records the firm maintains, and audit is not provided in respect of financial statements reflecting a valuation prepared by the firm. Where a client requires both services, one engagement is referred to another licensed firm.
Engagements are led by the individual who scopes the work and reviews the file. Fees are fixed and confirmed in writing before work commences.
